Register

  • Click the Second Chance Summer link on the Illinois Lottery main site to register or click here.
  • Select username and password and keep this information for your records for future logins.
  • Complete the registration form with your contact information and click to register.
  • Please note: you must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Submitting false information will result in forfeiture of any prizes.

Confirm Your Account

  • Once you've registered for an account, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Click the link within this email to confirm your account, and you're ready to play!
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, please visit the Account Info section of this site to request the confirmation email be resent.
  • Be sure to add no-reply@summerpromotion.illinoislottery.com to your contact list/address book to ensure our email will make it to your in-box.

Add Tickets

  • Click "Add & Submit Tickets" to start adding tickets.
  • Enter the game name, ticket number and dollar amount played for each qualifying ticket.
  • Ticket numbers can be found on the back of each ticket. A picture of where to look for the ticket number can be found here.
  • After entering the information for a ticket, click "Add" to add that ticket to your account.
  • Once you have added a ticket, you may edit or delete it by clicking the pencil or garbage can icons.
  • DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR TICKETS. If your online entry is drawn, you will be required to submit the corresponding original qualifying tickets to the Illinois Lottery for verification in order to receive any prize.

Select & Submit Tickets

  • Once you have added a minimum of $35 worth of qualifying tickets to your account, you may select these tickets to submit an entry to the game.
  • Click the boxes next to each entered ticket to select that ticket for inclusion in your entry.
  • Unselected tickets will remain in your account for future use.
  • Tickets may not be split between entries. If you submit more than $35 worth of tickets to complete an entry, you will receive only one entry.
  • Please note: you cannot edit an entry after it has been submitted. Please review ticket selections carefully before submitting.
  • After submitting an entry, you will receive a confirmation email listing the tickets associated with that entry. Retain this information for your records.
  • DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR TICKETS. If your online entry is drawn, you will be required to submit the corresponding original qualifying tickets to the Illinois Lottery for verification in order to receive any prize. For official rules click here.
